Sharon Neel-Bagley, Photographer

Dallas environmental artist, Sharon Neel-Bagley explores climate change, conservation, and grassroots solution. She applies scientific tools and methods in photography, printmaking, sculpture, and art installations.

  • She holds a BFA in Photography from the University of North Texas. She has exhibited in group exhibitions in the High Museum, Museum of Contemporary Arts & Design, Farmington Museum, and Jesuit Museum.

  • Sharon is a recipient of the 2018 FY17-18 City of Dallas-Individual Special Support Grant and 2017 Umbrella Artist Grant. In 2016, her photographs became a part of the Acclaimed Artist Series for State of New Mexico.

  • Mrs. Neel-Bagley work is in the permanent collections of Capital One Corporate Collection, The Lancaster Hotel, Cosmopolitan Suites, NYLO Hotel, Earl’s Restaurant, Farmington Museum, and Jesuit Museum.


Mrs. Neel-Bagley has been incorporating science into her work since 2011. Scientific tools and methods are an essential part of the making of her art. Her work fosters new connections and perspectives on trees and climate change in Texas cities.
